As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and relationship-driven Brand Ambassador & Partnership Relations Manager to serve as a key connection point between our company and our growing network of brand partners. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining strong communication across multiple organizations, ensuring seamless collaboration, and representing our brand with professionalism, confidence, and expertise.

Position Overview
The Brand Ambassador & Partnership Relations Manager will act as the primary liaison between our organization and key brand partners. This individual will oversee communication channels, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, facilitate meetings, manage partnership activities, and ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned throughout ongoing projects and campaigns.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our products, operational processes, fulfillment procedures, shipping timelines, partnership objectives, and overall brand strategy. The Brand Ambassador & Partnership Relations Manager will be expected to confidently communicate information across departments while fostering positive, productive relationships that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and strategic brand partners, ensuring consistent, professional, and timely communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, cultivating trust and collaboration at all levels of the business.
Coordinate ongoing communication between internal departments and external partners to ensure projects remain on schedule and objectives are met.
Lead and manage recurring partnership meetings, including preparation of agendas, action items, project updates, and follow-up communication.
Organize and oversee partnership-focused Slack channels, communication workflows, shared resources, and collaborative workspaces.
Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings involving marketing, operations, logistics, customer experience, product development, and executive leadership teams.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, product launches, inventory availability, fulfillment processes, shipping timelines, and operational procedures.
Provide partners with accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, launches, promotions, shipping schedules, and campaign initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for partnership growth, brand expansion, and enhanced customer engagement.
Monitor ongoing partnership initiatives and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and expectations.
Assist in the planning and execution of collaborative campaigns, events, product launches, activations, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Track project milestones and maintain organized documentation for all active partnerships.
Identify communication gaps, operational inefficiencies, and process improvements that can strengthen partner relationships and internal collaboration.
Represent the company during meetings, presentations, events, conferences, and partner discussions with professionalism and confidence.
Prepare reports, summaries, and partnership performance updates for leadership teams.
Support onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring a seamless introduction to company procedures, communication channels, and operational workflows.
Work closely with logistics and customer experience teams to proactively address issues related to shipping, fulfillment, inventory, and partner requests.
Maintain detailed records of partnership activities, communications, contracts, meeting notes, and project timelines.
Contribute to the development of scalable systems and processes that support long-term partnership success as the company continues to grow.
