Entries usually process within 1–2 minutes and your entries will be added to your account. In rare cases, it may take up to 5–15 minutes as our system completes verification. If you’re trying to rank on the leaderboard, don’t wait until the last few minutes. The system needs time to process your entries, and delays could prevent them from being counted in time.

Yes. By creating an account, you agree that you are responsible for any applicable taxes, including federal, state, or local taxes related to your prize. Cloudwinnings Inc. is not responsible for reporting or paying these taxes on your behalf.

If you win a prize, it will be shipped to the home address listed on your account. You may be notified before or after the prize is sent. Prizes may arrive in Cloudwinnings-branded packaging or directly from a brand or shipping carrier. When a prize is being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped, your name will be added to the Winners page. Please make sure your address is always up to date. Cloudwinnings Inc. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen prizes, or if a prize is delivered to an outdated or incorrect address due to your failure to update your account information.

All sales are final and non-refundable. To maintain the integrity of our system, any forced or unauthorized refunds may result in account termination and the loss of all main and mini entries. This policy helps protect the fairness of the community.

If you don’t win a prize, you are entered for life. The bigger Cloudwinnings gets, the more we give away.

To cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom of the Cloudwinnings.com website and click on “Manage Subscriptions.” You’ll be asked to sign in. At the top of the page, click on the link that says “Click here” to manage your subscription. From there, you’ll see the option to cancel your subscription.
